Welcome to Advanced Plastic Surgery Solutions (“APSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our website, online services, or scheduling a consultation, you (“you,” “your,” “patient,” or “visitor”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, social media pages, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or disclaimers we may provide. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Medical Disclaimer

APSS provides elective cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures performed by Dr. Andrew Jimerson II (Dr. Curves) and his certified medical team.

The information on this website, in consultations, or in any materials we provide is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. While Dr. Jimerson is a double board-certified plastic surgeon, he is not your doctor until you have undergone an official consultation and signed a treatment agreement. Any decisions regarding surgery should be made in consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who understands your medical history and aesthetic goals.

3. Consultation Fees (Non-Refundable)

All consultation fees are non-refundable—whether the consultation is in-person, via video, or over the phone. Consultation fees will NOT be applied toward the cost of surgery. If you need further assistance, you may email support@drcurves.com.

4. Services & Procedures

APSS offers a comprehensive range of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures, including but not limited to:

Body Contouring: Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), Liposuction, Tummy Tucks, Mommy Makeovers, Breast Procedures: Augmentation, Lift, Reduction, Reconstruction, Facial Procedures: Rhinoplasty, Facelifts, Eyelid Surgery, Dimpleplasty, Non-Surgical Treatments: Injectables, Skin Rejuvenation, IV Therapy, Laser Hair Removal

Procedures are subject to medical eligibility, and a consultation is required before scheduling any treatment.

5. No Guaranteed Results – But Our Expertise Speaks for Itself

We take pride in delivering exceptional results, as we have done for thousands of patients over the past 20 years. However, individual results vary based on health, anatomy, healing process, and adherence to pre/post-operative care. While we will always strive for the best possible outcome, no specific results can be guaranteed. Patients must acknowledge that complications and healing variations are inherent risks of any medical procedure.

6. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Consultations may require a non-refundable deposit, which does not apply to surgical costs. Patients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.

7. Payments & Financing

All surgical procedures require full payment before scheduling.We accept major credit cards, financing options, and third-party payment plans. Financing approval is handled through third-party providers (e.g., CareCredit, Alphaeon, or other financing companies).

Refund Policy: The refund policy is incorporated within our Financial Policy document which you will need to sign before we proceed with the procedure.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

APSS is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information, medical records, and treatment history. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Marketing & Content Usage

APSS may share before-and-after photos, testimonials, and procedural videos with patient consent. Patient confidentiality is a priority, and no identifying information will be shared without explicit written approval. APSS retains all rights to marketing materials, educational videos, and website content.

10. FDA & Regulatory Compliance

APSS only performs FDA-approved procedures and treatments. Any off-label use of products will be disclosed, and patients will be required to sign an informed consent form. Our services comply with state and federal medical guidelines.

11. Liability Waiver

Patients assume all risks associated with elective cosmetic procedures. APSS, Dr. Jimerson, and affiliated medical professionals are not responsible for adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction with results. Patients agree to follow all pre-operative and post-operative instructions for optimal recovery.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from medical services, payments, or agreements must first be addressed through mediation before legal action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any legal proceedings must be filed in Atlanta, GA.

13. Changes to These Terms

APSS reserves the right to update, revise, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
